Guide
Your round robin is still giving leads to people who left.
When someone leaves, their Salesforce user is deactivated. Their place in a round robin often is not.
Where it happens
- LeanData: each pool member has its own status (Available, Unavailable). A member whose user is inactive can still be marked Available.
- Traction Complete: a round robin step keeps its own list of users in the flow's configuration. Check every step after anyone leaves.
- Assignment rules and Flow: an entry or a flow step that assigns to a named user keeps doing so.
Check it yourself
SELECT COUNT() FROM Lead WHERE IsConverted = false AND Owner.IsActive = false AND CreatedDate = LAST_N_DAYS:90
Any number above zero means leads went to people who cannot work them. Then open each round robin and compare its members against active users.
The same happens further down the funnel: open opportunities owned by someone who has left.
SELECT COUNT() FROM Opportunity WHERE IsClosed = false AND Owner.IsActive = false
Have it checked every night instead.
