Guide
Your HubSpot rotation is not sharing leads evenly.
A rotation should spread new contacts across its reps. When one gets nothing for a week, the rotation is usually not the only way contacts are being assigned.
Usual causes
- More than one way in. A form's owner setting or an import assigns contacts outside the rotation.
- Out-of-date members. The rotation still includes someone who has left, or leaves out a new starter.
- Several workflows with their own rotation, each with a different list of reps.
Check it yourself
Build a contacts report for contacts created in the last 7 days, grouped by contact owner, filtered to the reps in the rotation. Anyone at zero, or far above the rest, is the place to start. Then list every workflow with a rotate action and compare their reps.
Have it checked every night instead.
Routing Forensics connects as a read-only user and checks this, and the rest of your routing, against your real leads. Register interest and you will be first to get a free health report: what is leaking, where, and what it is worth.
