The gap between those two numbers is where your leads go missing. An AI agent pointed at it just loses them faster.

You against 1,000 B2B software companies tested
An estimate from your inputs, not a promise. Leads nobody contacted are valued at your own opportunity rate; late leads at the lift you set. Benchmarks: RevenueHero, 2024, demo requests sent to 1,000 B2B software companies, almost all of 51 to 500 people, automated replies included. Why speed matters: Harvard Business Review, 2011. The nightly Monitor measures yours.
Every defect graded, in seconds.
Drop your routing export on the page. Each problem comes back with its proof and its fix.
- Nothing is uploaded
- Configuration only, never a lead record
- What it cannot prove, it says so
Then it watches every night.
The Monitor counts what routing did to real leads in Salesforce and HubSpot, puts a value on every leak, and tells the owner the first night something breaks.
Where leads went missing last night, worst first, with a value on each leak.

Running LeanData or Traction Complete?
The tool you bought to route leads reports on what it did. Routing Forensics checks it independently, every night, from your own configuration and logs.
Why did this lead go there?
Every step, in the order Salesforce runs them, and who had the last word.
Inside Traction Complete
Inside LeanData
Into the pipeline
Read-only, like everything else. Where configuration alone cannot prove a finding, it says so.
Safe to connect.
The first question a RevOps team asks is what we can touch. The answer is built into how it works.
Read-only, proven every night
Can read, never change. Checked before every run, and it stops if the check fails.
Your records stay in your CRM
Read to count and time, then dropped. Only counts and evidence are kept.
Nothing it cannot prove
Every finding carries its query. What data cannot prove is flagged, never asserted.
Connection tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time. Privacy notice.
Six questions. Can you answer them?
Each one has a factual answer that is either in your system or is not. No form, no email.
How many leads from the last 30 days are still sitting at Status = New?
Does every round robin step pull an untouched lead back?
Can you name the owner of every routing rule running today?
What share of leads reach a rep with no campaign attached?
When a rule silently stops matching, does anything alert anybody?
Do all your product lines share one country-to-territory map?
Answer all six and your read appears here.
The founder
Built by someone who has carried the number and owned the stack.
When two systems disagree, somebody has to decide which one is telling the truth. That question has landed on my desk for years.
I started on the phones, then moved to running the systems behind them. Routing Forensics is that judgement written down as checks, and run every night.
- Sales, then operations leadership
- years in sales and operations
- Has run the CRM, marketing automation and sales engagement stack
- Teams across EMEA and the US
How your free health report will work.
No call and no sales pitch. We are opening in small batches: register interest and you are first in line.
- 1
Connect a read-only user
Your admin creates it from our permission set, about 15 minutes. It can read, never change.
- 2
We check your routing against your real leads
Rules, Flow, queues, your routing tool, speed to lead and the pipeline it feeds.
- 3
Get your report
What is leaking, where, and what it is worth, worst first, each with its proof.
Before you ask.
Is it live?
The free scan is, in your browser. The health report and nightly checks open in small batches: register interest to be first.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Salesforce and HubSpot, or both at once. On Salesforce it also reads assignment rules, Flow, Omni-Channel, LeanData and Traction Complete. Another CRM? Tell us.
What access does it need?
- Scan: nothing from us. Your admin runs the export.
- Salesforce: one read-only user, from a permission set you can read line by line.
- HubSpot: read-only access, approved on HubSpot's own screen. Anything that could write is refused.
What does it keep?
Findings, counts, their queries, and which users and queues hold the most. Never copies of your lead or contact records.
Our routing tool already has reporting. Why this?
A routing tool reports on what it did, not on the leads it never saw or the rule that quietly stopped matching. An independent check does not mark its own homework.
Who is it not for?
Teams on a CRM it does not cover yet, startups with nothing to check, and anyone without an owner to act on what it finds.
